Draco Shipping Policies and FAQ

1. Does Draco Broadcast Offer Free Shipping?

Draco Broadcast offers free ground shipping in the continental United States via one of our partnered carrier services. Orders of $100 or more will qualify for free ground shipping. This option will be available at checkout for qualifying orders.

2. Does Draco Broadcast Offer Expedited / Overnight Shipping?

Draco Broadcast offers several tiers of expedited shipping including options for First and Priority Overnight. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed ahead of orders with standard or ground shipping and in most cases will be able to ship the same day they are placed.

3. What Is Your Shipping Cutoff Time for Same-Day Processing

Orders that are placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will typically be processed the same business day. Orders placed with Expedited Shipping placed before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after these cutoff times will be processed the following business day.

4. How Long Will It Take To Process and Ship My Order?

Orders that are in stock will ship in 1 to 2 business days. 1 to 2 business days means that your order will be processed and shipped on the day the order was placed or the following business day. You will receive confirmation e-mail to the address you provide at checkout with shipping details including order tracking as the information becomes available.

5. What If My Order Is Not In Stock?

Customers will be notified if their order is not in stock and cannot be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. The customer will be notified of any existing lead time to receive their order. If the lead time is not acceptable, the customer will be presented with other options including a full refund of the order price.

6. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Delivery times vary by a number of factors outside of the control of Draco Broadcast. Our primary delivery service partner is Fedex. Their ground service transit times can be found on the map below. Orders are shipped from our primary warehouse in Pennsauken, New Jersey or in some cases from our retail location in Burbank, California.
